Friends of the Koala is looking for an interim manager for 6 months, who is excited to join the organisation 3-5 days a week to look after our most important asset: Our People.

What will you do? 

• Support, develop and lead our people
• HR & recruitment
• Day-to-day operational management 
• Process optimisation
• Strategic planning & budgeting
• Project management & fundraising
• Internal and external stakeholder management
• Run strategy workshops 

You will work closely with our Financial Manager, Volunteer Coordinator, Veterinary team, Management Committee and Volunteer Supervisors.

You are ambitious, passionate, an excellent communicator and experienced in managing small to medium sized teams, preferably in a not-for-profit setting.

You will have knowledge of the organisation through volunteer or work experience with us and the ability to “hit the ground running”.
