We invite you to our Friends of the Koala, Save the Koala Day Luncheon

Save the Koala Day Luncheon

We are holding a fundraising luncheon to help save the koalas in the Northern Rivers. It promises to be an event not to be missed.

This is your chance to meet some of our volunteers, staff including one of our vets to hear from them directly about koalas in the Northern Rivers - and yes there will be a short, cute koala video!

We also have a special speaker lined up, no other than Geoff Cousins AM who has made a name for himself as businessman turned environmental activist.

Don’t miss your chance to enjoy fine food, bubbly on arrival, a special cocktail during lunch and great company. There will be an auction and a raffle drawn at the lunch. You can check out the items donated by supporters below.

Come and join us for a fun and informative luncheon on Save the Koala Day on Friday, 27 September 2024.

About the luncheon

Over a delightful lunch in good company our Save the Koala Day celebrations will be entertaining and informative. This luncheon is for anyone - from local resident to visitor - with an interest in wildlife and koalas.

Meet some of the people behind Friends of the Koala, hear about their work and how we, together, can make a difference for koalas in the community. We hope you will walk away from this event, having met likeminded people and gained insights about the threats our koalas face, where they live and how we can save them together.

At our Save the Koala Day, fundraising luncheon you could win special raffle prizes!
