Friends of the Koala’s Annual General Meeting
This is Friends of the Koala's Annual General Meeting, at which we will elect the members of our Management Committee for 2017/2018 after considering some proposed changes to FOK's Constitution. These are considered to be necessary following the restructure we went through over the past 12 months, partly to accommodate our first paid employee. They were approved unanimously at our Management Committee meeting on 23 September, 2017 and will be explained in more detail at the meeting (see the link under Event Detail).
Time: 7 PM for the meeting but some are having dinner from 6 PM, so do join us if you can.
Dr Matt Landos BVSc (HonsI) MANZCVS (Aquatic Animal Health Chapter), who may be known to some of you for his presentation on carp and their impact on rivers, is guest speaker at our AGM. His topic is ‘Don’t laugh…my alligator’s got a small willy: challenges to conservation in the era of endocrine disrupting chemicals.’ Whilst Matt’s presentations are informative, as you can see, they’re delivered with a touch of humour, so you’ll be informed and also entertained.

Cost: The only cost is $15 for a meal if you’re coming at 6 PM to meet with other members.
